Voice AI Engineer (voiceaiengineer.com) is operated by Voice AI Space. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. Contact: thibault@voiceaispace.com.

• When you apply as an expert: your name, email, LinkedIn and GitHub links, the link where we can book a call with you, country and time zone, your experience, stack and languages, the projects and links you share, your answers to our technical questions, an optional demo link or live agent phone number, the topics you can advise on, your availability and your expected rate.
• When you book a call: Cal.com collects the details you enter in the booking form and shares them with us to organise the call.
• When you have an account: your email, your name and your password, which is stored hashed so we never see it.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the service.

• To review applications, contact applicants and decide who joins the network.
• To connect experts with companies that ask us for advice, consulting or missions.
• To organise calls booked through Cal.com.
• To run and secure the site.

Legal bases: steps taken at your request before working together (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in vetting experts and running the network (article 6(1)(f)).

• Applications are never published. Only the Voice AI Space team reviews them.
• We share information about an expert with a company only to propose them for a call or a mission, and we ask the expert before sharing their contact details.
• Service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and accounts, hosted in Paris), Vercel (website hosting) and Cal.com (call booking). Some of them are based in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
• We do not sell personal data.

We only use the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking page on Cal.com follows Cal.com's own cookie policy.

• Applications from experts who join the network: as long as they are part of it.
• Other applications: 12 months after our decision.
• Accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
• Technical logs: a short period set by our hosting provider.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to thibault@voiceaispace.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).

If our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
